Q ：Can children take supplements?
A ：
Not recommended for children to take supplement as supplement is nutrient dense, children can easily get overdose. Can take 1 tablet if the child is 12 years old and above. 18 years old adult can take with normal dose.
Q ：If customer is having chronic kidney disease (CKD), can the person take supplements? Which stage of chronic kidney disease cannot take supplement?
A ：
Stage 1 and 2 CKD can take at low dosage, 1-2 tablets a day. However, for stage 3 and 4 CKD should avoid taking supplement to prevent further damage to the kidney.
Q ：Should a person stop taking supplement if he or she is going for a surgery?
A ：
Avoid taking supplement 2 weeks before going for a surgery.You may start taking supplement 1 month after a surgery is done, provided that the wound is completely healed and recovered (include removal of dressing).
Q ：If a customer wish to take all 3 BIO-GRAPE Seed, BIO-LINGZHI and American Ginseng, how should the person take it?
A ：
2 tablets of BIO-LINGZHI, American Ginseng and BIO-GRAPE Seed each.For chronic disease patient (not taking any blood thinning medicine).Can start with 2 tablets each and slowly add up to 4 tablets BGS, 4 tablets BLZ and 2 tablets of AG.If taking blood thinning medication:Start with 1 tablet of BGS. After 2 weeks of consumption may add 1 more tablet of BGS or BLZ. (Stop if gum bleeds or there is any bruise).
